Lawyers Technology Services shall have no liabilities with respect to the consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from the use of these services. Any potential liabilities or claims against Lawyers Technology Services, its members or affiliates, are limited to financial consulting fees collected for the services rendered to the client. |
