Installing Plugins

Installing Plugins

A- Go to your WordPress Dashboard

B- Click on Plugins or hover mouse on Plugins and from there click Add New.
(There is a good possibility that there are already three or four Plugins already installed. WordPress and/or Web Hosting providers pre-install some very important ones/affiliated ones.)

C- When you are at Plugin Add New page you will see featured plugins there.
There are tons of plugins.
In the search box search for ‘YOAST SEO’
Click ‘Install Now’

After installation ‘Install Now’ button will change to ‘ACTIVATE’
(When you click ‘Activate’ Plugin is activated.)

Similarly you can install other plugins.

See it all depends on what type of website you are building.
Most important plugins or I should say must have plugins are listed below.
I will later explain (after we have built our website) how to set up each of these important plugins.
Until then just install the ones below (according to your website needs).

Learn how to use Yoast Plugin and Jetpack Plugin in detail.

Note- Do not overload your website with plugins. Unnecessary plugins will slow down your website.
Freely install any plugin that excites you and you think that I should add it to my website but do so after seeing the plugin ratings and number of installations.
